Biome changer plugin

make a region around the continent with worldedit and use this plugin to change the biome, so we can have accumulating snow in snow regions and no rain in the desert, etc.

I've already seen this; the vast majority of posts claim it doesn't work. And for the ones who said it did work, it didn't actually change the weather.

this is aparently a in-game biome changer i found on the mc forums. it should work.
